Meet Miss Magic Valley Stampede 2024-2026!

Katie Brackett is the reigning Miss Magic Valley Stampede. She is the 19-year-old daughter of Gus and Kimberly Brackett from Three Creek, where she’s sixth generation cattle rancher and seventh generation Idahoan. Katie will be a sophomore at Utah State University, where she is on the Dean’s List. She is pursuing a degree in agricultural communication and journalism. Katie is an active member of Sigma Alpha sorority and Utah State Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow.

She graduated from Castleford High School in 2024 on the high honor roll, playing volleyball, basketball, high school rodeo, and FFA. Katie has shown a 4-H/FFA steer at the Twin Falls County Fair for nine years. She recently represented the Twin Falls County Fair and the Magic Valley Stampede at the Miss Teen Rodeo Idaho Pageant, where she won the categories of appearance, personality, written test, speech, photogenic, and rodeo knowledge. Katie is currently the 2026 Miss Teen Rodeo Idaho Lady-in-Waiting, beginning her reign Jan. 1.

If you’re planning to participate in royalty fly-bys during this year’s PRCA rodeo, please complete the Google Form linked below to register. Spots are limited each night, so we encourage you to sign up early.

This year’s Stampede promises three incredible nights of PRCA rodeo action featuring top contestants, world-class stock from Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics, live entertainment, and one of the best rodeo atmospheres in the Northwest.

Visiting royalty will also have opportunities to assist with pre-show Mutton Bustin, participate in fly-bys, and sign autographs during performances.

⚠️ Important reminders:
• Limited spots available each night
• Registration closes August 20 or when full
• Saturday night often sells out — purchase tickets early for accompanying family members
• All visiting royalty are subject to approval by the Magic Valley Stampede Rodeo Committee
