Tuesday, September 8 12 - 7 pm
(ALL items must be picked up - NO EXCEPTIONS)

PREMIUMS PAY OUT AT THE PREMIUMS/LIVESTOCK OFFICE.
11 AM TO 7 PM THURSDAY THRU MONDAY OF FAIR
****Premiums not picked up by 7 pm on last day of fair, Monday, will be Forfeited.***
No checks will be mailed.

ONLY THESE DIVISIONS WILL BE ACCEPTING ENTRIES.

TO HELP LIMIT TIME IN THE BUILDING ON ENTRY DAY WE STRONGLY
RECOMMEND PRE-ENTERING YOUR ITEMS.

PRODUCE & FRUIT PREPARATION FOR FAIR

VEGETABLE PREPARATION:

Trim Cabbage and onions, for best appearance. Stems to be left on peppers, eggplant, kohlrabi, pumpkins and squash. Remove stems from tomatoes and tomatillos husk off. All potatoes must be washed. Beets, carrots, parsnips, onions and turnips, 1 in. top. Sweet corn must be shucked. Rhubarb to be pulled NOT cut off; trim each stalk with 1” to 2” fan of leaf on top. The judge will disqualify any produce not properly prepared when presented for judging. Name the variety if specified.
