New for 2026: Magic Valley Stampede Pre-Show

The Magic Valley Stampede PRCA Rodeo is introducing an exciting new pre-show experience for 2026, giving fans even more reasons to arrive early and be in their seats before the rodeo begins.

Each night of the Magic Valley Stampede PRCA Rodeo — Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, September 3–5, 2026 — the arena will come alive with a patriotic and family-friendly pre-show leading into Grand Entry and the National Anthem.

Pre-Show Schedule

7:05 PM – Specialty Act Preview

Get a sneak peek at the incredible talents of the Stellar Trick Riding Cowgirls, our 2026 Rodeo Specialty Act. These nationally recognized performers will showcase a sample of the trick riding, Roman riding, trick roping, and western entertainment that will be featured later during the rodeo performance.

7:10 PM – Primetime Mutton Bustin'

Ten young cowboys and cowgirls will take center stage as part of our brand-new Primetime Mutton Bustin' experience. Featuring announcer commentary and jumbotron coverage, these riders will compete in front of a packed rodeo crowd before Grand Entry begins.

7:20 PM – Grand Entry & Giant American Flag Procession

As part of our celebration of America's 250th Anniversary, the Magic Valley Stampede is proud to partner with the Magic Valley 9/11 Memorial to present a giant American flag inside the arena.

A massive flag measuring approximately 78 feet wide by 150 feet long will be carried into the arena by volunteers and displayed during the opening ceremonies. This patriotic presentation will accompany the Grand Entry Wagon and create one of the most memorable moments of the rodeo weekend.

7:30 PM – National Anthem

The official rodeo performance begins with the singing of the National Anthem, followed immediately PRCA rodeo action.
